How are the coaches vetted?
We only list coaches with a real track record of guiding people through career change. Before anyone joins the roster we verify their credentials (such as ICF certification), their professional background, and references from people they've coached through a transition. The whole point is that you're not gambling on a stranger.
Will I be matched to a coach automatically?
No — and that's on purpose. You browse the full roster and choose for yourself, and you can book a free intro call with anyone. If you'd like a hand narrowing it down, our optional 2-minute matchmaker can suggest a few coaches that fit — but you're never locked into a match.
What are Accountability Circles?
Small groups of members who are changing careers at the same time, grouped by where you are in the journey and where you're headed, with a coach keeping things on track. It's the antidote to how isolating a transition can be. Circles are free while you're working with a coach, or available on their own for a small membership — .
What does it cost?
Browsing, getting matched, and your first intro call are all free. After that, each coach sets their own per-session or package pricing, shown upfront before you book. There's no subscription required to start.
What if my coach isn't the right fit?
The free intro call is designed to catch that before any money changes hands. And if your first paid session still isn't right, we'll rematch you with another coach or refund it — no awkwardness.
Aren't I too old to change careers?
No — you're too experienced to start over, which is different. People change careers in their 40s and 50s successfully every day. What stops most isn't age — it's not having a credible plan and trying to do it alone. A coach who specializes in your kind of move is exactly that plan.
How do I know AI won't just take the new job too?
No one can honestly call any job "AI-proof."
